How to file for EIP who is not filing tax return?

The IRS has launched the tool for those who are not filing tax return or are not planning to file tax return for 2019 due to following reason:

  1. There is no income or income is less than $12,200.
  2. Married filing jointly and together income is less than $24,400.

Non-filers who have not received an EIP need to provide information by November 21.

What Information is required to be provided?

  1. Full name, an email address & current mailing address.
  2. Birth Date & Social Security number.
  3. Bank account details (Account number, type and routing number).
  4. Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN) you received from the IRS earlier this year. If you have lost IP PIN, you have to retrieve IP PIN.
  5. Driver’s license or state-issued ID.
  6. Details of each qualifying child during 2019, like, name, SSN, or Adoption TIN and their relationship to you or your spouse
